This week's been so busy we have just enough time to give you our review from the Secret Garden Party.

Well we finally arrive and find our spot for the weekend’s frivoliies at this year’s Secret Garden Party 2015( SGP)
We decide to have a wander into the garden. It is our first time here so we are pretty excited to see what all the fuss is about. It is very noticeable that most people here are definitely up for a party. They all are dressed up to the nines and roaring to get into the swing of the party.

We set off to say hello to the guys in the press tent. The Psytrance Network Show is on a mission to see if there are any hidden gems to be found. Thursday day night ends up in a total blur after our long journey from the studio in North Wales. Friday the rain comes down hard and long. After a short venture into the garden we are soaked. We have a very long sleep - in fact all day - and wake to a lovely dry Saturday with fluffy clouds and lots of happy people wearing bright clothes and wellies.

We venture in the muddy fields and join the throng of people traipsing though various different spaces within the Garden. What is noticeable is the tangible atmosphere of good humour and laughter. After the crowds of Glastonbury this is a breeze. We sit and watch the world moving by. You carnt  help but become amused by how many men in Lycra legging's out dressing some of us girls at this festival. It’s extremely chilled and happy. The are many stages around the garden playing different genre’s to the crowds of flamboyant people.

There is a dance off in the heart of the garden where if you love to show off your dancing skills its the place for you.As we head on our quest to find some psytrance there is plenty activity’s to participate in. The food is good and a great selection of cuisine to be smelt a long the way. We finally come across the Delia smith stage aptly names the psychedelia Smithsonian. It merely plays almost all grunge bands with a female band sounding very Souxies and the Banshees style of shouting. Later on we will be back to hear some of the Dj's hope to find a little bit of trance. The line up doesn’t look too promising but theres always tomorrow.

Sunday morning after a good nights sleep we head over to see the aclaimed paint fight in front of the great stage. We manage to trapes through all the mud after another constant day of horizontal rain, are sprits not dampened but are boots now seem to have gained at least half a stone each. We arrive just as the paint is handed out to all the willing and hardy party heads oblivious to the constant rain and grey skies.
Its actually beautiful and fun it  really marks this festival’s vibe.

Being whatever the weather we are up for it. As the day slowly gets wetter and wetter peoples sprits are still buoyant the final spectacle of the garden party is the burning of the big ship that sits in the middle of the lake.

As we sit in our camper van hoping for at least a break in the rain to join the crowds, in the last act of fun to end this years party. I ask myself would I go back?
”why hell yes”.
The Secret Garden Party does what is say’s on the tin.
