ILLUMINAUGHTY RETURNS TO HOST DANCE ARENA AT SUNRISE CELEBRATION 2015

: Manchester's Breakspoll 2015 “Best Large Event” finalist, IllumiNaughty, invited to host dance arena at Sunrise Celebration's 10-year anniversary festival!

Manchester based indoor-festival, IllumiNaughty, which draws in up to 2000 party-goers for it’s premier, performance-based club nights, will now embark on a new venture, swapping it’s, 4 floor indoor clubbing experience for the great outdoors!

Taking place from 21st – 24th May 2015 at Chepstow Racecourse, Chepstow, Mournmouthshire, Sunrise Celebration and IllumiNaughty come together to celebrate the festivals 10th Birthday showcasing an impressive line up of local and international DJ’s from the Psytrance, Trance, Breaks, Electro, Hip Hop & Reggae scenes.

The previous success of illumiNaughty's events saw them nominated for the prestigious Breakspoll 2015, “Best Large Event” award hosted at Manchester Music Venue, SoundControl earlier this year. Despite it being an indoor club event, illumiNaughty was shortlisted as one of four finalists alongside three of the UK’s most well renowned large, outdoor festivals; Boomtown Fair, The Beat Herder Festival, and winners, Shambhala Music Festival. Now the Manchester collective will take their colourful clubbing experience to greener fields as part of their collaboration with eco-festival, Sunrise Celebration, which is powered by 100% renewable energy!

The IllumiNaughty Dance Arena will see headliners such as GMS, Morten Granau, Krafty Kuts, Far Too Loud, Ed Solo, 1200 Micrograms, Rajaram, Avalon, System 7, Sonic Species, Deekline, Future Frequency & The Egg perform alongside IllumiNaughty residents Matt Lickuss, Steve Podmore, Mazord & Eesh.

In typical IllumiNaughty style, the dance arena is set to be transformed into a wonderland with fully themed-décor, light & laser shows, and circus-based performances – a hallmarks of their unique events, provided by their sister company, Visual Architects who have become a household name for club décor installations both in Manchester and internationally with their weird and wonderful, psychedelic designs.

Meanwhile, in the Sunrise Arena, Manchester reggae band Extra Love and other local favorite, Djemberklan support a huge line up of Reggae, Hip Hop & Electronica including headline performances from Omar Perry (Son of Lee Scratch Perry), Fun Lovin’ Criminal and BBC2/6 Music DJ, Huey Morgan, Sam & The Womp, Sian Evens of Kosheen, King Porter Stomp, Will & The People, Lazy Habits & Laid Blak to name but a few.

Alongside the diverse musical offering, Sunrise Celebration attendees can also experience yoga, meditation and eco-build workshops, massage and alternative therapies, eco-art and fashion exhibitions, literature talks and traditional crafts workshops including; stone, wood and chainsaw carving, willow weaving, blacksmithing, pole lathe, spoon carving and copper work.

With great music hailing from Manchester and beyond, site-wide, ethical traders, organic food and drink, boutique camping (gypsy caravans, tipis and yurts) and ethical conversations, the festivals 10-year anniversary event is set to be an alternative party like no other!

Sunrise Celebration takes place from 21st – 24th May 2015 at Chepstow Racecourse, Chepstow, Mournmouthshire. Tickets cost £115 + BF. Group discounts available.

Ends.
