Neuroplasm (24/7 Records) from Brighton, England, are well known for their brand of powerful and dynamic psychedelic trance. Numerous successful releases and a consistent run of international bookings have established this UK duo as a highly sought-after live act. Together they forge a fresh and unique style of full-on trance, combining intelligent, complex arrangements and kaleidoscopic musical story-lines, with heavyweight bass-lines, pulsating rhythms, and deep, hypnotic melodies. Both long-time aficionados of the underground music scene, their diverse range of influences and seasoned taste for quality psychedelia is unmistakable. The earliest Neuroplasm releases on Blue Hour Sounds (Italy) and Catalyst Records (Mexico) quickly gained international recognition, followed by their debut EP 'Weird Theory' on 24/7 Records (Austria), which earned them a #1 spot on Beatport. Next up was 'Regenesis', featured on the 24/7 compilation 'Mind Over Matter', and the 'What is Real' collaboration EP with Ital and Sinerider. Their most recent offering is the 'Adaptations' EP, which features two full-power remixes of classic tracks, from renowned artists Headroom and Rinkadink. Neuroplasm have performed at many major events worldwide, including: Rainbow Serpent (Australia), Freqs of Nature (Germany), Aeon Gathering (Mexico), The Experience Festival (Thailand), and they have recently been dishing out their banging live sets in Japan, India, the USA, and Europe. Currently showcasing new material, they will take you on a mystical musical voyage… set the controls to the heart of the sun, and prepare for a cosmic experience

Our second mix up tonight is Major 7

MAJOR7 is the second project from both talented electronic producers Nadav Bonen & Barak Argaman, the same 2 persons that stand behind X-noiZe (Hommega rec).
Bonen and Barak collaborate again this time in progressive psytrance music-.
8 years after producing X-noiZe psytrance/Full-on music they decided to come up with a new project under the name of MAJOR7 .
MAJOR7 founded at the end of 2010, as a low b.p.m(132 –138) progressive psytrance project that use a variety of techno elements along with psychedelic atmosphere .
It is prog psy trance with a modern progressive club beat, dancy and refreshing it integrates power and force with a moderate tempo groove and fresh techno elements of futuristic music, characterizing the next generation of progressive trance sound.
As it was and is with these 2 guys - the production level, the experience as producers, and their dj skills, along with their originality and the need to push themselves to Excellency - drive them constantly to create quality electronic music.
MAJOR7 started performs around the world , after releasing just 2 EPs ...
The first EP of Major7 that got released jump them strait up to place number 2 on beatport psytrance top 100 .
2012 year will be the year of Major7 in psyprog trance , after shaping their sound to an original sound , with a top level production skills .

FLOOTING GROOVES
is
Pearce van der Merwe, born in South Africa, based in Italy at the moment.

Heavily influenced by groups like Pink Floyd, Ozric Tentacles, Led Zeppelin, Motorpsycho and Jethro Tull, he became interested in psytrance and electronica in 2000.
In 2004 the Peaking Goddess Collective was born (Ajja, Dymons, Master Margherita, DJ Gaspard and Flooting Grooves being the core members) which also resulted in individual collaborations as well as various configurations of these artists. These collaborations became the key to improving his own production skills, resulting in the creation of his own music.
The Flooting Grooves sound ranges from very chilled downtempo right up to more progressive beatz. Live performances are enhanced by the use of silver flute and computer fx.
It is a fusion of live elements like flute, guitar and percussion , with a lot of ethnic-tribal influences, and electronica. The result s a melting pot of pleasurable psychedelia to groove the body and sooth the soul!
