The psytrance network is going from strength to strength we will be adding video's photos and maybe a few random comments in the future from each event / festival we attend.

The workhouse Festival
Mythical and Mystical creatures, is the theme for Saturdays fancy dress at this year’s Workhouse Party.
The 3 day Music Event, to
help raise funds for the on-going restoration of The Workhouse in
Llanfyllin, is taking place on the weekend of the 12th to 14th July.
This small, family friendly
festival is aimed to be low cost at only £28 for over 28 hours of
entertainment over the 3 days with both Local Bands and those from as
far afield as Glasgow and London, coming together with some amazing DJ’s
to provide a wide and varied selection of music over the weekend. This
year along with the Main stage, a second Acoustic and Cabaret stage has
been added with shows of Magic, Fire and Burlesque on Saturday evening.
The Kids Area has been
expanded with exciting workshops in “Fire making” and Water Rockets,
plus crafts and a chill out cinema. Kids Zumba and Fire Poi (not real
fire) add to their excitement.
Adults can enjoy a morning
wakeup with a get you going Zumba or Hula class or sit and relax in the
chill-out area with a cup of real coffee or juice after breakfast served
from our own kitchen. Then later enjoy a tipple from the Bar, serving
local ales and cider.
Take a moment to join in a
Workshop in metalwork, woodworking green crafts, knitting, sewing, Hula
and others or just relax in the Healing Area with a magical Indian head
massage. Or maybe just wander through the Traders area with up cycled
and re-cycled clothing, crafts and other magical goods.
For those wishing to camp a small £5 charge to help clean up after. Check out the website www.workhouse2013.co.uk for full details and tickets.
